Rover K 1.8 (o-VVC) Vernier piper cams Lotus Elise 1997

Hello!
I have for sale a Rover K 1.8 (NON VVC) engine out of Lotus Elise 1997.
Due to to conversion to Duratec and no longer need it, so it is sold without a gearbox.
He is only 50K km (31K miles) old and I am the second owner with approx. 3000 miles driven. The previous owner had fit a bigger throttle body and changed the cams, but was unable to confirm which ones are those. I've fit piper verniers, measured and timed them – those are both either 633s or 1320s camshafts and I timed them accordingly (IN 0.042, EX 0.037). That has been done aprox 500 miles ago and I remeasured it some time ago – still spot on. During my ownership car had two oil changes (second one because I fit the oil cooler and sandwich plate -- seen on the photo, but sold separately -- and decided to change oil and filter) and used only Motul 300v 5w40.
The price quoted includes the verniers and the piper belt and new mechanic tensioner, new IACV, air intake sensor, new coolant pipework, lightweight crank pulley (manufactured by elisepart.com), magnecor leads – all that in mint condition as replaced 500 miles ago. The plastic cover that hides the timing pulleys has developed a crack due to traking out and putting in confined space while engine was still in car. Other than that I see no defects or broken parts.
Upon discussion engine can be sold without verniers and/or lightweight crank pulley and price reduced. I have stock items to replace those. Can sell the stock ECU and some other parts if needed. Price can obsiously be discussed based on parts required...
Currently the engine has a thermostat blanking plate to use remote pressure relief thermostat. I have this PRRT and Laminova heat-exchanger for sale as well. If not using PRRT a stock thermostat must be fitted instead of blanking plate.
Some other new and almost new parts:
+ 4 new injectors [110 EUR]
+ Laminova and PRRT & all hoses [240 EUR if taken with engine]
